I pray that THIS time when I reach maintenance I'll get it RIGHT!! 



I'm so frustrated with myself! I thought I "had maintenance down pat"! But I got sloppy. When I look back I think my "one cheat day" started to get extended to a FEW days a week! GRRR!! I am FINALLY realizing that I will ALWAYS have an issue with food, and that I MUST monitor it ALL THE TIME....FOR THE REST OF MY LIFE!!









Hoping to be in my size 14 shorts by then lol! The first time on IP I went away for a week, went off plan completely, then came right back on and continued weight loss. Since this is a quick trip I'm probably going to do Phase 2 with "extras
" here and there! Next trip won't be until Apri, so hoping I'll have been in maintenance for a month or two at least by then! 

I'm going to stick with a goal of 165 and see how I'm feeling.......170 seemed to be where my body landed after all the phases and I was happy. But oh to see 155!!!!
