Schenectady- the top left picture was on the last day of school, a year ago. I weighed 250 pounds. I knew that I was heavy but it took seeing that picture for it to really sink in. You are right, I am pretty happy today. Looking forward to a beautiful garden tour today and a glass of wine. Celebrating with my Mama.

Thanks! Had more than a glass. Phase 1 for me tomorrow. It was a wonderful day, the weather turned out to be beautiful. A great celebration, now it is back to work.

Phase 1 for me today. Yesterday's celebration was worth it. Now, it is time to work the program. It is beautiful outside, so I will be heading out to the garden still have quite a bit of work to do before I leave for Maine. Burn calories, burn! Lol.

Really good news, I have hired my brother to power wash the house while I am
In Maine so I do not have to worry about washing the garden side of the house. Yay! That means all the deck furniture can just come right out when I get home.

Slipfree- I'm glad you enjoyed your first day in maintenance! Your comment about doing P1 today makes me glad that I still have a ton of IP packets in my cabinet. I guess they might get depleted while phasing off because I still have 2 a day in P2 right now.

I feel decompressed from work after having a relaxing day yesterday. I had acupuncture, then a nice sashimi lunch. I talked on the phone to a friend which was nice to laugh and catch up. I'm hoping to catch some sunshine today and wear my new bathing suit by the pool.

A nice relaxing day here after a busy weekend. Getting caught up on house work and laundry.
I forgot to tell you guys about my Dr. appointment on Thursday, she LOVES that I have lost weight, she was very happy for me. She does think I have a fatty liver so she sent me for some blood work and is scheduling an ultrasound(but who knows when that will be). A little worried about that. Also in Feb. she cut my blood pressure meds in half, then when I went to Hawaii I forgot to take them so I stopped taking them all together when I got back and have not taken them since. Well my blood pressure according to my Dr. "is better then perfect"! So happy about that, so I came home and thru out the rest of the pills!! LOL felt great to do that.

Want2B- I hope your doctor appointment goes well. The liver is one of the most resilient organs (thank God because I was rough on mine in college and my early 20's).0, so hopefully if it is fatty, it's reversible. That's fantastic news about up your blood pressure! Getting that down prevents a lot of nasty health problems and it's probably nice not to have to take the medication anymore.

Many hours in the yard later, I only have one plant on the premises to pot. Started a whole new area, so I see more plant shopping in my future. Physically tired, so I am hoping for a good sleep tonight. Field day tomorrow!

Unfortunately, it was cold and gloomy today, so no sunshine or time by the pool. Just relaxing with my cat and watching Damages on Netflix...love that show!

Field day was fun. Beautiful weather. Nice chicken arugula salad for dinner. One of my bf went through her closet and gave me a bunch of clothes. Should be fun to see what fits.
