I don't even know where to begin. I've been completely off plan for a couple of days, AGAIN.
Problem number 1 are my horrible shifts at work this month. I work from 11am - 4/5pm-ish and don't get a break. This means, I wake up at around 9:30am, get ready, eat my breakfast, go to work and by the time I get home at around 4/5:30pm I am really hungry. So I eat my healthy meal and get really tired. And then I get HUGE sugar cravings! I tell myself not to give in but once I do it's over. I've been eating a lot of bread with Nutella or coconut macaroons and last night I even made myself hot cocoa which I usually NEVER drink.
Problem number 2: it's PMS-week. I didn't know until I checked my pack of BCP and I was shocked when I saw that there were only a few left. That definitely adds to it all!
Every night and every morning I tell myself that I need to stop eating all that crap. But once the afternoon/evening rolls around I get these cravings again. I can try to stuff my face with veggies but it's just not gonna stop me from wanting sugary foods. It's horrible.
I've been seeing 140-142 lbs for months now. I finally want to get down to the 130s and then to my goal-weight of 120-123 lbs. My birthday is in almost exactly 3 months and hitting goal by then should definitely be doable. It's not even about motivation - I AM motivated. But I'm also tired and miserable when I don't eat that sugary stuff.
