Woohoo! Have I said lately that I *love* this diet? I actually forgot to weigh myself first thing this morning like normal, so I figured I'd record my WI tomorrow morning instead. Hoping for more progress! Once I lose three more pounds or so I'll be lower than I've been in probably 15 years or so. Nothing I've tried until now has worked so well.
It works if you just stick with it! (And amazingly, even on vacation!)
UTA: Down another 2.4 this week and I've finally broken the 150 pound barrier! On a side note, I'm still thrilled I was able to find the exact same scale in a store here that I use at home! It's definitely helped knowing that I'm still on track while I'm on vacation.
