    I'm following the Rapid Fat Loss Handbook, it's the 7th day today for me. It's super hardcore, and I'll admit I haven't felt quite like myself, but boy the scale sure has been dropping like crazy! It's meant to be a short term diet, so I can handle it for a little while longer with these type of results! I have a free meal tomorrow so I know the scale will be up on Thursday.
