  • Tonight I went to Halloween Horror Nights at Universal and wore my pedometer. We walked 7 mi! I plan on going about twice a week. Sounds like a pretty fun way to get some exercise.

  • Hi everyone,

    HUGE congrats to everyone who reached their goals this month. I'm going to fall short unless I spend all day Sunday exercising (psst, I'm not!), but I am grateful that I've been able to exercise each week. Like gardnerjoy, next month I'm going to aim for more consistency. I work at a university in student affairs so beginning mid-August through September it's non-stop event coordination and planning for the incoming students. In the last week and a half I've helped organize or plan six fall welcomes and/or orientations. While they are fun and festive, they are also labor intensive and food/refreshment centered. Some days I think that Halloween is going to be a breeze to get through after mostly dodging all the 'land mines' these last six weeks have presented.

  • I've already surpassed all my goals for Sept (I think?) except the weightloss goal. But I took my end of the month measurements (1 day early) and I've lost 14 inches in various body parts this month. YAY!!! I'll post again tomorrow with my official stats. After my workout.
