  • Good Morning Everyone !

    Just entered my results for Week 1 of the new challenge. Down 2,5lbs ! Last week I was out of town for work and found staying 100% OP very challenging with all the working suppers... Although I did waiver slightly from the plan, I am back 100% hoping to lose 15 lbs in this next challenge.

  • Weighed in this morning, I have been on IP for 11 days and have lost a total of 12 lbs!! AND it has not been hard. I am not having any cravings so it is great!!

    WI today, -2.8 lbs and 5.5 inches! I never expect the numbers I get and this week was especially good on inches, I love IP!

  • Another weigh I tonight! I went down 1.4 lbs this week, but the greatest thing is 1 1/2 inches. The last two weeks I didn't lose any so I was real happy. Hope everyone is well an OP!
