    I've been OP, going to the gym, and hoping for good WI Friday!

    I've been having a good week so far, am a little banged up from a fall I took on Monday, so know I haven't been burning as many calories as usual, which makes me a little nervous. Hoping to be back full blast tomorrow with the working out.

    BUT this morning was great!!! I got my first compliment from someone who didn't know I was trying to lose weight! My family and a friend that works out with me have said things lately, but I didn't really count it since they know what I'm doing and I figure it's their duty to encourage me. ROFL!! J/K
    But waiting for the kids' bus this morning a neighbor out of the blue said, 'You know what? You look REALLY good. You look like you've lost weight and are feeling energetic.' I am sure I beamed from ear-to-ear!!! Now, I know it's noticeable! I am pretty excited. It's funny it was today too, because it was chilly and I was wearing my husband's bulky jacket... go figure. LOL

    Managed to barely get my 2 pound loss this week. Ovulation time. ERG! So I am thrilled I got that!! Looking forward to the next 2 weeks when no cycle stuff gets in the way and just wanna kick some butt. LOL 5 pounds to go in 2 weeks.

  • I am back. It has been a rough two weeks taking care of my ex after his surgery, But he just left my house and is back on the road and I can now get back into my routine. I know that I gained weight and I will weigh in Friday morning and get back on plan. I did go to my doctors today and he showed a 12 pound loss in 6 weeks so I am hoping that I did not gain much.
    It will be nice to get back in my little rut,
    BTW, with the weight loss I am off all meds for good!!!

    We're going out to eat tonight with some family we haven't seen in a long time ... AH!! So close to Tuesday.
  • I made my first goal of 299 and am working on my new goal of 289.
    I don't see 8 pounds in 10 days since that is not smart, but I feel good that I made my original goal and if I had kept focused I would have made my second. So I made my goal and learned a life lesson.

    I totally missed your last post!! Congrats on being off meds.. that is a huge milestone!!
    Glad your ex has recovered and back on track for you! Congrats on making that goal!! Another thing to celebrate, hitting the 200's
