  • Haven't done these weekly daily weigh ins in a long time..but its a new year! so i'm back on the wagon as they say...

    My Goal is 1.5lbs per week/6lbs per month. I know I can do this as i've done it before as long as i stay on plan and i think its very realistic and doable.
