Haven't done these weekly daily weigh ins in a long time..but its a new year! so i'm back on the wagon as they say...
My Goal is 1.5lbs per week/6lbs per month. I know I can do this as i've done it before as long as i stay on plan and i think its very realistic and doable.

Hey ladies. Joining in after a long hiatus from 3fc. Had my first post-new year gym day yesterday. Body Pump was packed, but the parking lot wasn't nearly as bad as the last few weeks of December.
