  • OK I HAVE to get serious about the exercise part of my plan!!! I did WATP 2 and 1/2 mile walk/jog today!
  • 2 mile walk slim. No resistance bands, weather turning frigid and need to get to the tasks for the day. Soooooo glad I am not out walking like some of my neighbors. We live on a hill, people enjoy taking it for exercise. I like doing WATP, watching them cling to their coats and hats.
  • hey gang thanks for all the wishes to feel better. I do not remember ever being this sick in my life. I've missed 2 weeks of exercise and feel like a slug but I finally exercised this morning. I'm gonna go start the February thread and post it there.
