Day 11 for me.
I had a horrible fight with my boyfriend... HORRIBLE. Which usually leads me into a binge, head-first...
But rationally - I know it will neither solve the problem nor make me feel any better. In fact, it will make me feel awful. I have no reason to destroy my body just because I am stressed out.... So I am holding strong, and drinking some 25 cal hot chocolate... And taking it 1 minute at a time. I will regret it if I binge, so I don't want to.
