  • It is because I will weight in today and I want to be happy when I see the # at the scale
  • To meet my goal of losing 10 lbs. and to feel better about my health and body! I'M GONNA DO IT!!!! :Broc:
  • I'm close to the 220s now =) And I get weighed tomorrow!
  • Because I am daydreaming about getting into my miniskirt again once I reach goal.

Because I felt down yesterday evening after a bad day at work, but after working out, my mood completely changed!
  • ... Because there are 16 days until Christmas.
... Because there are 23 days until the New Year.
... Because there are about 44 days until DH gets home.
... Because there are 65 days until my 24th Birthday.
  • Because I'm happy
  • because it makes my training at the track SO SO much easier and way more enjoyable.

because pigging out after having this meeting with my daughter's teacher is NOT going to change the fact that she is struggling yet again.
  • Because yesterday my sister and I went out for dinner and I want to get rid of the sodium-water-retention bloating
  • because i want to see onederland....eventually
  • Because what Im doing is working!!! I lost 1.6lbs for the week!!
  • Because I want to get fit while I'm still young.
  • I am sad to say I already ruined my plan today with 2 delicious homemade cookies... but I'll stop right there and back in track for the rest of the day... because I don't want to ruin the whole week
  • Because in spite of the scale still being stubborn, I am starting to see some definition in my abs, of all places. That's crazy talk! There's still plenty of fat there, but underneath it I can see my obliques trying to peek out. If I keep at it I know I will see them for real eventually. Someday. (Any time now, body.)
  • Because I bought a pair of Marc Jacobs wellies that will look so much better with smaller calves
  • because I saw something I haven't seen in YEARS...

A dip between the two halves of my rib cage. Amazing. I totally forgot about that.
