I dropped 4 lbs between Mon and Tues and gained 3.4 between Tues and Wed.

I wish I knew what to tell you. Have you considered that maybe you need more calories? I think you do ~ 1500-1600? I know you've gain while being looser with your diet, but I think some of that was with not so healthy foods? Maybe if it was all healthy additional calories? A stab in the dark

Maybe a couple of days or even a week of on plan eating but a break from any intense exercise?
