So I'm probably too late with my weigh in but I'm 172.0 today.
Like a .6 loss from last monday? Hopefully I'll still get down to 171 this week, it was like Wednesday last week so I didn't count it for my official weigh-in weight but I was so excited that i changed my ticker, lol... I'm dumb sometimes
Anyway- Yes I have really been thinking about calorie cycling, so I'm going to try a bit harder this week at it. Also looking back there were 2 days this week where I definitely did not get enough to eat, probably around 1000-1200 calories and that could be my problem. I need to eat MORE most days haha
I read a thread on the Calorie Counting section about a lady who was losing .5-1 lb per week and upped her calories by like 300 a day and started losing 3-4 pounds a week!! I know that is the case with my body, when I don't eat enough I do not lose, and I am pretty sure that's why I've been over 170 for so long because ,all though I love food, I rarely ate a full meal until recently (since I started this site!). So... here's to a healthier happier future and like stellart said- failure is not an option!
EDIT: ACK! Ladies! I had the feeling to go weigh myself again, for some reason. So I went in and this time stripped down (first thing in the morning I'm a little groggy and forget that my clothing weighs a bit). I had to go pee so I did that and then hopped on the scale. Guess what?!! It said
171.2!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I did it over and over and over. SO I'm totally going with that for my weigh in weight, is that okay?!!

It better be, lol! That's my weight... 171.2 ... woo hoo!
