  • Exercised after work at the gym 60 min.
    Tried some new equipment and added some extra wt. to a couple of machines. Today is day 3 my goal is 4 for the week. Yes I can and will do this. My trip to Maui is 3/25 what a goal!

    2/21 - 20/20/20, Same - except I could only walk fast on Tread, then 35 min Legs WT.
  • 15 min yoga/stretching this morning
    45 min elliptical
  • snowed in... 40 min turbo sculpt, maybe an exercisetv workout later if my cabin fever acts up more.
  • 60 mins elliptical.
  • All this morning .... 40 mins chest and tricep, 45 min jog outside, 30 min yoga... I'm good to go now
  • 4 hrs skating last night. Wasn't my best workout, though. I don't know why, I was just feeling "off" and felt like I had less stamina than normal. I just kept having to switch up what I was doing, just so I could keep moving and working and sweating. Will watch my food intake today and make sure I'm getting that right. We'll see how running goes later today.

  • 60 mins elliptical.
  • 3 1/2 miles today, about a mile and a half was walking, the rest was mostly jogging with a few short spurts of running.
