**** All, Sorry but with my busy schedule seems like i'm only able to post on weekends right now; hopefully it'll get better soon. I was able to stick to my low-carb regimen this week by cooking enough at dinner to have for the next day's lunch. I find it to be much healthier this way also, and it's breaking me of my old fast food habit (which I formed over the years being a field social worker who spends majority of the time in a car.) I'm down 2 lbs this week
