    I had a good 8 mile run this morning.
  • 1 hour on bike, trying to do 1 hour a day even split 30 min am and pm, plus weights 3x per week. I'm down from about 180 to 170 (and likely 169 here soon) so I'm aiming at revving it up this month.

  • I know I've been MIA - but I've been SUPER active...loading wedding stuff, unloading wedding stuff, running around like mad...hours on end without sitting.

    Today, back home and back to my routine. 60 min elliptical.
