Lori: I am enjoying the book. I recommend for you to check it out. Granted I have only gotten through 3 or 4 chapters so please look it over before you buy for yourself.

I'm trying my best, and hopefully I will make my 10lb goal with my friend. We are in different cities but we are both trying our best! She is moving to Japan for a year a day after our challenge, and I'm travelling to visit my family a few days after that, so it's a great deadline for both of us. I told her I hope she doesn't recognize me when she get's back, I want to be -100lbs (overall...-70 from when she last saw me). So hopefully I can do it and wow everyone! My niece is being born (c-section) on Feb. 28th, so I'll be going 'home' for that from the 26th on for about 2 weeks. Well, hope you are all well ladies. Just wanted to drop in an update!


well done on losing another lb! I think it's a great incentive to carry on losing the weight so that when your friend gets back from Japan she will be really amazed at how great you look.
