Ah… the best laid plans of mice and men! After deciding I would plan my meals for the week and go to the stupidmarket, my fridge/freezer seized up this morning - so now, not only do I not have this week's meals at the ready, but almost all my food is in a friend's house. More than a kilometre away. What little I have here is struggling in an esky, as nobody can come and look at the problem until tomorrow!
Barb, I know you can do it. It isn't easy - but that's what makes it so worthwhile (aside from the various health benefits). Think about how you'll feel when you get there. After this is done, you should be able to believe you can do ANYTHING!
Sofar today has been good, in spite of the dilemmas - and I intend to keep it that way. I didn't go for a walk this morning, but that's because I had a "food transportation emergency" before work.
Ah the fun…
:-)

Keep it up ...i am hoping some of it is rubbing off on me....
Can't expect good results though if I haven't put the effort in I guess.
At least that way I won't be able to afford to go out for meals!
