Also, have a large salad and just a slice of pizza. I couldn't not eat pizza if my hubby ordered it - love it too much
.
How cute would they be?!

HH has a day off, so we'll be riding our HOG.
We'll probably ride up through the Ocala National Forest...then over to the beach by Dayona and then home. That's a good ride.....several hours. No SuperBowl party for us....we're just not into football much anymore, but I imagine we'll catch bits & pieces of it!
Didn't really eat that much, so maybe it wasn't too bad...but still, I didn't feel like I had "plan-control". Didn't exercise much again this week, so I will probably pay for it with my Monday weigh-in. Exercise is the key and I know it, but somehow I just can't get in that mode.
I wish I didn't hate it so much!! Maybe this week will be different.
I'm really going to try.
that day....and getting on-track with the exercising might help. What are you guys doing with the pink gloves? Some kind of kick-boxing?

Still a little chilly - about 60 at the warmest...I'm still waiting for my bike to be put back together anyway...gotta be contented with a sunroof in the PT..
Not to say exercise is not important - I would be the last person to say that - but IMHO, eating clean is 85% of weight loss. At least for me. I can exercise all I want, but unless the calories in is less than the calories burned, I don't get anywhere.
The main bonus of the weight training is the muscle I'm building, when I do finally get my head on straight and keep my eating in line, all those muscles will actually show
That and I'm afraid to think how much weight I might have gained if I wasn't in the gym 5 days a week burning off what I shouldn't have eaten in the first place. My only suggestion is to find something you don't hate and make a habit of it. Start slow and build up so you don't hurt yourself and stop doing it. I started with just walking every day...I started with 1/2 an hour and built up to an hour. I find different places to walk so I don't get bored...we have a really nice bicycle trail next to the river here. I like to watch the seasons change...
I was never an athletic person...believe me.
JK, 2Fru! She makes me look like a couch potato.
I know that all this leg weight training has helped me run because I don't get nearly as sore as before when I run and I can run for a longer time.
You can't talk about riding until ALL of us have good enough weather to get out. Think about us poor girls with our bikes sitting in the garage and we can't ride for months! Just kidding,
it's great that you can get out on your bike. April isn't too far away - right?

LOL
I promise I will try to find SOMETHING I like in the exercise department....I don't have even one little teeny excuse anymore! My back is feeling good now, and "not having time" is no excuse either. Please keep asking me and kicking me in the butt. I will keep reading your post, chick....there's some great stuff in there that might just light that fire in me. I just hope my pilot-light hasn't gone out! LOL
Hey sun! Yeah no messing with me!
But it is seriously cold and if I had a car, I think I would be snuggled up in there with the heater on and my breakfast on the passenger seat!

Tell me more about that kick boxing! Maybe there's a class around here
If I could just get motivated to do my Pilates....I do get results from that and I know it....just can't get in the right place mentally. What does it take to get there????? Suggestions???
Hypnosis?
