Wow, Kathy!!! 130 pounds!! That's fantastic! I really know that if I have to work out for 3 hours a day or some nonsense like that...I wont do it, but if it's common sense working out, I can do it. I may check into that plan. My Dh's idea of really working out is taking a walk. It's fine, but not everything in a workout routine.
I really think that the 2 of us need to join the gym, but he's not too crazy about it.
Last night I told him that we really seem to be each other's worst enemies when it comes to dieting. When I want to be good, he sabatoges me and vice versa. I told him that even though we love each other and tell each other how much we really aren't showing it if we don't push each other more with dieting. Watching BL made me think about that when Bob said that about the guy on the blue team being the pleaser and doing whatever his fiance wants. That is exactly me. If it's being healthy or eating badly I do what dh wants. I have to get mean with him and tell him NO to his bad choices and he needs to do the same to me. I hate being a nag, but we really need to stop this cycle.

), until I went and gained 75 of it back!
I kept most of the weight off for a few years, but I've slowly gained it back and most of my gain has been in the last year (40lbs).
Back in the cupboard they go! However I LOVE
the tape measure! I've lost 1" from my waist, 1/2" from my thigh and 1/4" from my calf. The legs are finally giving up the flab! WOOOHOOOOO!
I ride about 250 miles a week.
The scales are still banished! I want to eat chocoalte!
Hi all!
I wish I could get up so early, I know it would make my day go better, but alas.... I hate to get out of bed so I work out after work.
to be looking at the place "sometime this year" I was thinking we'd have maybe looked by now! Perhaps we're both a bit lazy about the whole thing! Maybe we should just have a register do and a great big knees-up! I think it'll end up like that anyway but with me in a fab frock!!
