I was told to have 5 or 6 small meals, which I do already, and to have either a protein, dairy or a fat in each meal. Those are the metabolism boosters. I went from gold to blue, so I added a starch and 1/2 protein, same of everything else. It's a sweet deal, but it's hard to get everything in when you're not used to it. So far, I haven't seen any change at all. It's only been 2.5 days, but I was hoping to see something. I am really getting down on myself, but I'm keeping up with what I'm doing. POP and working out. It just HAS to catch up with me sometime!
Last week I actually gained .2 for the week. With all the dedication I've been putting in, it's hard to swallow a gain. Before last week, I've been averaging 1.8 pounds a week, so I'm not up to the 2 pounds a week either. After last week my average is down, but I don't know how much. Not sure I want to know. If I don't see a change in the scale tomorrow, I think I'll just call in and let them know I'm not going in. Now if I go to Thursday without seeing a change (which will be 2 weeks), I'm going in and going ape s**t on theirs butts. (Excuse my language

Good luck on the new plan. We can work through this together! We can do it, we can do it! I just have to keep telling myself this.....
