with only 13 days left, i am going to throw in the towel with my late night snacking. i have not slept well in over a week now which makes the midnight munchie monster much more powerful (try to say that 10 times fast). anyway, until i can get myself sleeping again i am going to start a new challenge or two.

and remember, you'll be very sore afterward, having used muscles you normally probably don't to maintain your balance and posture and from having your legs spread if you're tight, it'll hurt later!
