    Let me know what you think. Could probably use it as a focus for each week? Just a thought.

    ExtrinsicRapture: That site looks good. I wanted to also add, atleast for me, I'm going to give myself 1 guilt-free day per week. I will start this after my trip. Dieting is depressing to me and I believe I need this day to keep me going. Habit Formers, it is!

  • hiya...I just got back into town...I had a family reunion in Northern Iowa and spent the weekend up there...not on plan but I wasn't horrible either...and I am sooo glad to be home
  • well guess i'll start our new thread in a few hours lol. as i am cleanin rite now. after im done i'll also weigh and measure. you gals should do the same.
  • Well hello girlies. I am ready to start the next challenge. The beginning date will be friday (if that's alright). so take tomorrow to relax lol.

    Here's my 6 week end results

    Weight: 340.8
    Chest: 58 (-1)
    Waist: 53 (-1)
    Hip: 59.5 (+.5)
    Thigh: 35 (-2)
    Arm: 18 (0)
    Calve: 20 (-.5)

    Results: + 3.8, -4 inches

    i'll take the inches but hopefully some weight loss is on its way. so specialk, since i'm sure you're busy with work and i have a moment. i'll start the 12 wk challenge in another thread.

    remember to post results girlies. i would do pix but to be honest there's nothing new to see hahaha. the 12 week pix should be much better.

    starting weight= 303.4 lbs
    ending weight= 289.8 lbs
    total loss= 13.6 lbs

    and of course I am ready for the next challenge
