  • 1st week going well, I'm cutting way back on my favorite carb, BREAD. Cleaned a bunch of celery and carrots to use with some homemade Farmers Cheese, makes the raw veggies go down easier. I walked by a lady handing out pizza samples at grocery store this morning, I put my imaginary blind folders on...it worked. Now I just have to get gooey cheesy pizza out of my mind.

  • Weighing myself for the first time in many months at the beginning of this week was really disheartening as the scales have gone up so much. That said, my high of 167 may have not been quite "real", but a result of an indulgent week of Christmas vacation. Hence the quick fall this week... I'll be interested to see if the same exercise/food plan is as productive next week!
