Date changed. By the way, who is the leader? I'm the mod/admin and have not been posting much. Everything seems to be staying the same so I've very little to say. Being diabetic has become just part of my life which has been way too busy the past 8 months.

FBGL is steady and weight just fluctuates up or down depending on what I've been eating.

Ruth, good to see you Linda (Dougsoldlady) started the thread but she hasn't been on the forums for a while. We thank you for changing the name. Glad to hear your FBGL is steady that's a plus. My weight does the same thing

Carol it had a date of Sept 21 at the end of it. The O.P. was gonna do a thread every week but we suggested that she just keep this one since it was so small we could just keep it going. So Ruth changed the end part for us

Do you ladies have room for another?? I joined this site hoping to find a support group of people for daily check-ins. Was going to start a thread and then I saw you guys! My name is Kristin. I just turned 40, and unfortunately along with it my highest weight ever. Ugh. (It was a real double whammy, but gave me the kick in the pants I so desperately need!) I live with my partner of 10 yrs. (he's my common-law DH. ) and our two fur-babies. No kids. Looking forward to getting to know you all! I've got a journey ahead of me with the weight-loss, but hopefully having some folks along for the trek will help!

Hi Guys,
I'm a 29 year old graduate student. I have never been super skinny but over the past year I have gained so much weight that all of my clothes are very tight or do not fit at all. I now have a break from school for a month and I am going to focus on getting back to eating healthy and exercising.
I am starting my healthy eating plan again today because I got really off track during Thanksgiving week. I am also frustrated because I keep trying to lose weight and it is so difficult. I definatly need the support of this site and look forward to us encouraging eachother!

Brittany I hope you come back to 3FC. There are several threads that are quite lively. If you search which ever plan you're following you'll find a ton of info I'm sure so jump on in Keep checking in/coming back/posting it helps a ton on this journey of ours
