    Way to go!
  • Good job on the weigh in's ladies, that's awesome!

I'm excited for mine tomorrow, let's see what happens.

I tired the Chicken Pottage Soup for lunch yesterday - it was TERRIBLE! I couldn't even stomach it, I would skip that one if you're thinking of trying it.

Other than that not much exciting here, another working day, going to have an easy weekend to stick to the plan as we don't have any events planned.
  • I've just found something I really like. Dipping celery in mustard! Tasts great together lol
  • Congrats Katiemcbee and jackkatie! You'll totally notice those lost inches!

Just hit Costco and brought home tons of veggies. Cooking a bunch up now. Happy weekend everyone! Stay strong
  • Hi all, I will be starting IP on Monday, nov 17. I lost 43 lbs on Ip 2years ago, and didn't follow through with maintenance ....my fault, I gained it all back! So I am back in the grove to get this weight off for good! No excuses! This program works, but you have to follow the plan and not think you can design your own! I am excited to have some "friends" to keep me on track!

I ate that for lunch on my first day of IP last year and almost cried it was so bad. Thank goodness I had the Wildberry Yogurt Drink the next morning for breakfast and that kept me from quiting!
  • Happy weekend everybody! This is my first w/e on IP and I can see some of the challenges ahead. It seems much easier to stay OP during the week because I have the structure of work to keep me focused. Weekends have always been about socializing with family and friends and food is always part of that. I'm not comfortable sharing the fact that I'm following the IP plan with everyone yet. So last night I has water with lemon instead of wine with dinner. It's easier to choose sensibly from the dinner menu so folks don't ask questions. How are you all coping with social situations?
