    I was at a work social function last night, but I managed to behave myself and, as a result, I saw a small loss this morning.

    I'm going to start weighing daily. Except for travel days. I'll be out of town August 1-4, and August 16-15. So, my goal is probably a bit ambitious. But we'll see!

    I skipped my work out the other day which made me feel bad... and then I binged, because that solves the problem right? At least I didn't induce vomiting again, slowly breaking bad habits, one day I'll get this.

  • Hello I hope August will be as good as July for me I lost 11lbs in July.
    My goal for August to be 169lbs ( to see that "6" in the middle).

  • My scales showed a 2.25 lb drop this morning...woohoo! However, I weighed myself a few hours later than normal (since I slept in a bit), and that might have been part of the reason. We shall see whether the loss remains tomorrow morning, when I will be up at the normal time. Here's hoping!
