  • Today: 30 minutes treadmill

  • I did cardio and weight training today, but its Friday and my body told me that Pilates was out of the question. I'm going to come up short of goal this month, I think.

    Personal: 1210/1560

    Group: 60 + 6688 = 6748
  • 60 minutes today--half yoga, half kickboxing

    Personal: 743/1000

    Group total: 6748 + 60 = 6808
  • 100 min over the weekend. LOTS of movement and lifting while getting our basement and garage ready to move, and cardio yesterday!

    Personal total: 390 + 10 = 490 min

    Group total: 6808 + 100 = 6908 min
  • Today: 30 minutes treadmill
    Sunday: 2 hours yard work, + 15 minute walk

    Total personal: 1640/1200

    Group total: 6908 + 165 = 7073
  • Finally back to moving at least a little --- 45 minutes on the hill trails today. So that makes 2 actual and deliberate exercise sessions since the middle of April. Sheeeeeesh. I will do better in May, I promise!

  • 55 minutes today: 30 minutes walking 25 minutes Finis Jhung barre work, WOW.

  • Really dragging in the heat today! Only did 20 minutes of cardio and 20 minutes of TRX/weights tonight.

  • Yesterday: + 40 minutes yard work (now my veggie beds are all prepped and my deck is cleaned off so I can start cleaning / sealing it.)

  • 65 minutes walking, 35 minutes weights = 100

    Group total: 7313 + 100 = 7413
  • Another day of struggling with the workouts, but I stayed and participated in the whole hour of Pilates and felt better for it later. Then I walked for half an hour.

    Personal: 1340

    Group total: 7413 + 90 = 7503
  • Saturday and Sunday, 30 and 25 minutes of walking.
    Monday, 40 min weights and then an hour of Zumba.
    Yesterday an hour of Zumba and an hour and 15 minute yoga class.

    Personal: 2210 (there are benefits to being unemployed)

    Group total: 7503 + 290 = 7,793
