  • I want in I accomplished the challenge of 30 by December and am now up for another!
  • Down another 2.8 pounds for me. I may not reach 30 pounds by Valentines, but it's still great fun to participate in a group challenge!

  • Just got back from my WI and I'm done 3 more pounds! Yeah!







  • I'm so frustrated--I've only lst 0.7 for the past 2 weeks! If the scale isn't moving by Mon, I think that I'm going to bootcamp until my WI next week. I guess that I should be grateful for any amount of loss considering it was Christmas week, so I'll stop complaining and start looking forward to greater loss next week. Congrats to everyone for their terrific results this week!

  • I'm in today is my first day...AGAIN!
  • Had a gain of .6 lbs this week, but a loss of 2% in body fat. I'm going to pretend my Omron body composition scale is 100% acurate, because I love to see the big drop in body fat.

    I had a very active day Friday, so I was expecting a low loss. I'm still sore.

    Looking forward to a woosh next week!

  • I don't get to weigh til I get home 1/7. My friend's scale in FL weighs WAY HEAVY and I have no idea what I weigh (shoulda weighed when I first got here to "callibrate" to my clinic's scale)
    Oh well...this diet is ALL ABOUT delayed gratification...I just get a little more!
