    Hey everyone! Cant wait to start this tomorrow! I'm currently 260 and I know it seems like a lot to lose by January but I'm going to do my best! I'm really just hoping to lose 40 pounds by January...WISH ME LUCK !!
  • I'm in. I've been stuck in the 220's since July. Twenty five pounds in 15 weeks. That's less than 2 pounds a week. I so want to ring in the new year from onederland.

    Feeling very nervous & need to learn the ropes. I am in need of a great challenge, just like this one. Really need support 'cos I know I can't do this alone. Made firm decision last week to do something about this weight. Started a low calorie diet last Monday but only weighed myself, a couple of days ago.

    How often do you suggest I do a weigh in?

  • I've been M.I.A. a bit this week. Work has been quite busy but I peeked at the scale this morning and it said 228. Hope it stays that way or a bit lower come Sunday!

    I've been stuck at 213 for about a week now and I'm hoping that I'll see a drop soon. I upped my exercise last week and am hoping it will pay off soon.

  • Ooh it's Friday night here, in Aus, & as usual, I'm struggling with cravings of Takeaways & Alcohol - our usual Friday night ritual 'pre' diet!!
    It's 8:20pm & I've just managed to stave off the craving by having a lovely cup of Ovaltine Light ..... making todays total calories now equal to 1254

    Phew - that was as close shave I was so close to grabbing the car keys!!!!

  • Hi Gissy. I know what you mean about Friday night cravings. I'm so used to pizza friday's that I've been fighting the urge to order one all day. Great way to stave off the cravings btw. I compromised and made a mostly vegetable, whole wheat spaghetti.

  • Congrats TooMany. That'g gotta be a wonderful feeling. I'm kinda bummed. I usually weigh in on Thursdays but I just joined Sarge's platoon and they weigh in sundays. I weighed in again and apparently gained 1.8 pounds.

    Ah well...next time I'm out with friends better food choices are my goal.
