Don't you feel bad, i've read your workouts and you are crazy determined, i get a lot of inspiration from you girls, today was my day but i blew it and have to pay the piper.
I try not to go so hard i hurt myself, you need to keep that in mind as well, if we hurt ourselves we cripple a fantastic weapon against fat. Just wish winter would bugger off, i keep fearing a bad fall on ice debilitating me from my daily walks.
