    2 pt bar at ww meeting
    1/2 sack of ww pretzel chips at meeting 2
    Supper
    home made crustless pizza 8 Lots of veggies, turkey pepperoni, hamburger.
    1 Sara Lee lite hamburger bun made into cheesey toast 2

    I counted the cheese and split it between pizza and toast

    29 on the dot!

    Here is yesterday's journal:

    Points allowance: 29

    Breakfast:
    WW yogurt = 2
    banana = 0

    Lunch:
    Lite Whole Wheat Hamburger roll = 2
    Lean sliced deli roast beef = 5 (I really do not know exact points, might have been less)
    had no mayo or anything on sandwich, just sprayed 0 point butter spray on the roll and grilled it
    grapes

    snack: WW chocolate cake = 2, also had a few more grapes throughout the afternoon
    Points remaining: 20

    Dinner:
    Baked Haddock = 4
    2 tsp butter (over top of haddock) = 2
    baked sweet potato = 4
    margarine for top of potato = 2
    summer squash sauteed in 2 tsp EVOO = 2

    Points remaining = 6
    WW giant fudge bar = 2
    1 cup Calorie countdown milk = 1

    Points remaining = 3

    Note I met my healthy guidelines, I was satisfied and did not use all my points.
    I'll make up for that today as I have a meeting and there will be snacks....

    Hi all!

    I am new to all of this too! I have tried and failed at so many diets and diet plans! I started taking Healthy People Co. Everslim and 2 capfuls of Green Oxygen over 2 weeks ago, but was doing no good, because I still thought I could still eat everything in sight! Started with WW Points Plus almost a week ago, and boy do I feel differently now. Am still doing the green oxygen too! So here is to losing the weight and living a more healthy and productive life! Good luck to all! Great to have a place where you can find support and advice! Cheers!

    Yesterdays Journal:

    Breakfast:
    Grande Iced Carmel Macchiato = 6
    (total coffee holic worked for sb 4 1/2 yrs)
    Light Activia Peach flavor = 2
    allowance used = 8

    Lunch:
    Lean Cuisine Turkey Medallions w/apples and stuffing = 7pts
    Cucumber = 0
    Orange = 0
    Melba toast 4pcs = 2
    Allowance used = 9

    Snack:
    5 mini Hershey bars = 6
    Allowance used = 6

    Dinner:
    1 cup pasta = 4
    1/3 cup homemade spaghetti sauce = 2
    1/4 Italian Sausage = 2
    1 slice garlic bread = 2
    1 tbs Butter = 2
    Allowance used = 12

    Exercised at the Gym precore 1 hour med-high intensity, free weights 15mins thighs and butt. = 6pts earned
    overall used only 29 of the 30!

    I am finding that to use measured items like LC and a pre-made coffee from SB gives me more accuracy and control of points plus used! Guessing is not my thing and I did that once years ago and didn't lose a lb! This is pms week so chocolate is a must have, but with moderation I can have success and chocolate! Love PP!!
