I'm with some of you. September started off great but then the last two weeks went by in a blur and I realized, I haven't been keeping up with my food journal.

I also fell down the stairs and sprained my ankle so I'm frustrated that I haven't done weights in almost 2 weeks. It is getting better though and I plan on walking tonight while the kiddos are at soccer.

Even though I had a set back, something must have sticked about my new eating habits because I haven't gained anything in two weeks. Haven't lost either but haven't gained!

Tonight I am doing a protein shake and salad for dinner to get back on track before I go walking.

Remember, every day is a new day and even if we slip up, all we have to do is choose the next meal to be better than the last--and so on and so forth.
We can do it ladies! Keep it up....and I will do better as well!
  • Hi Ladies!

I normally don't post here but I need your help. I've had PCOS probably all my life, but didn't get diagnosed till mid twenties. I went on the pill and lost 90lbs. Due to the economy I lost my health insurance and couldn't afford the doc appt nor the refill. So I went a year and a half w/o meds. I recently went back on Yaz( I have PMDD as well, so I'm pretty much hormonaly screwed). It helps both issues. But since being off it, I've slowly gained 15lbs back. I can't get back on Yaz till my next cycle starts. So in the meantime, I'm trying to get back on track but it feels useless. W/o the meds I don't lose weight and I get frustrated.

So until I can take start Yaz again, how do you suggest I get back on track. Stay off the scale maybe? I just don't know anymore.
