I miss calculated and really I would only be doing 18 workouts not 19 (silly me... I just have one rest day a week)
so right now I'm at 9.5/18
hour on the elliptical

I'm out of the challenge. I got a little too gung-ho and completely burned myself out...so I need a break. I am still going to work out, but I don't want to hurt myself. I thought I could do more than I really can, so I'm out.
