  • I miss calculated and really I would only be doing 18 workouts not 19 (silly me... I just have one rest day a week)

    so right now I'm at 9.5/18

    Today: 1 hour 20 mins tennis

    30 minutes on the elliptical (the rest of my missed workout)

    2 mile brisk walk
  • I'm out of the challenge. I got a little too gung-ho and completely burned myself out...so I need a break. I am still going to work out, but I don't want to hurt myself. I thought I could do more than I really can, so I'm out.

  • 12/15 ~ Elliptical for 65 minutes
  • 12/18
    45 minute spin class + hours of walking around DC.

    Shopping is evil...

    Yesterday: 30 mins arc trainer, 25 mins treadmill
  • 13/15 ~ 75 minutes on the elliptical
