DECEMBER - One reason you will stay on plan today

  • Because I love the new me...and I can't wait to meet the even better me.
  • because I realized that I feel utterly gross when I throw junk into myself.
  • Because being in the 220s is way better than being in the 240s and takes about the same amount of effort.
  • Because I seriously need to get into the 220s!! The 230s just aren't cutting it right now
  • ... Because I'm half way to my V-DAY goal of ONEDERLAND. ^^
  • Because I want to look in the mirror and see myself thin!
  • Because I lost 10%!!! And now losing 20% is in my sight
  • Because i am tired of being sick and tired.
  • Because I've been stuck for nearly half a year now, and I won't allow it to continue!
  • Because I'm starting to see some definition in my shoulders from lifting weights... now that I've started making progress, I can't go back to the way I was!
  • Because I really want to get out of the 240s and reach my mini goal of 100 lbs lost.
  • Because I feel good today and that's a direct result of sticking to my plan.
  • because the scales are creeping down...and I love it!!
  • I will stay on plan today because I want to get to 199.
  • Because maybe, just maybe, I'll enter a new decade tomorrow.

    And because my new size 18s are getting too big.
