I got my workout in, I can barely keep up with it, and did well throughout the day then I was so tired and blah blah I overate at night and not the best foods. I feel like I've gained weight, maybe a pound or two, but it is hard for me to tell as I'm all sore and bloated and depending too much on cooked foods. So, I'm today focusing on other things, banning myself from the scale. Getting a bit to fussy. I'm going to push myself all week, so the scale is going to bug the HECK out of me lol. I think it is going to be high until it levels off. Pretty much I want to be like not bloated all day haha.
I struggle, I am not like one of those people who lose like a gazillion pounds in a year lol...I'm one of those people who loses a bit, possibly gain back some, lose that, then continue slowly or in spurts. lol. Yeah so NO more scale weighing for me for awhile. Too much, that is ONE thing I can do for myself today! Totally positive.

Going to focus on other things.
