Hey Girls!
What an insane weekend!!! It was crazy busy, and I didn't make it to the gym

I had my first weigh in last Thursday, and was down .6 lbs. Not a huge loss, but it counts, right?? I am going to really focus and work harder this week!
New for me this week:
1.) Count everything I put in my mouth. I had no idea how quickly little nibbles here and there add up!
2.) Drink all my water. This one is hard for me too, so let's do it!
3.) Eat my 5 fruits and veggies this week. I noticed I do a lot better when I eat these compared to junk for Points.
Since this is only Week 2 for me, there is a lot of new things for me! I am really enjoying WW, I just need to learn the tricks first.
1bighog: Can you do water aerobics or swimming? I have a friend who lost a lot of weight going to the pool and swimming and taking a water aerobics class twice a week. She also has plantar fascitis, and this was great for her! Just a thought! Good luck on the exercise routine, keep us posted!
