  • My goal today is to lose. I've been stagnant since Friday and I'm a little bummed. I'm gonna stick to my calorie plan and do 45 min cardio today. Hopefully, I'll see a loss tomorrow.
  • 20 mins on the strair stepper today! i hope i find time!
  • My goal today is to go for a 20 minute walk/jog and drink a lot of water!
  • 40 minutes cardio OR 30DS, depending on if my friend decides to go to the gym or not.
  • Goal for tomorrow: 5 mile run. OMG my first 5 mile run.... better power up before!

    Well I stuck to the calorie plan and the 45 min cardio....I also did a 30 min ab routine so here's to hoping for the loss part
  • Oy, I met my goal for yesterday, but I completely forgot to come here last night and set a goal for today! But I was good today, so I guess I achieved whatever my goal might have been, heh.

    Let's see... I need a goal for tomorrow. I run out of ideas so easily! Hmm, okay, according to The Daily Plate my fiber levels have dipped juuust ever-so-slightly in the past week or so, and since I'm feeling a little - *ahem* - "stopped up" today, I think tomorrow I will make an extra-concerted effort to get that fiber!! A FiberOne chewy bar sounds mighty nice right about now, hehe.
  • My goal today is not to binge and stick to the planned meals that I laid out for myself last night.
  • I haven't been completely OP so my goal is to get back to it and not semi-fall off the wagon today.

  • at least 20 minutes of cardio today. Even if my tush hurts from all the squats.
  • No loss today...not a good goal. I can control what I do but not the losing part. Today my goal will be to stick to my plan. Simple and easy. I will also go ahead and say another goal is to do a 30DS when I get home......
  • My goal is to run 2 miles and do the ab exercises I got from Nicki
  • I challenge myself to jog 2 miles today ! PRAY 4 ME
  • my goal for today is to do the other half of my workout. i did 30DS when i got up and i am TIRED from working so hard every day. but i'm gonna do it. only 30 more mins today...
  • My goal today is to go and BEAT UP the owner of the gym that I go to! He called me like three times in a row just now and rescheduled my training session with the guy that does the routines. So i can't get in until Monday!!! ARGH!!! That doesn't mean that I can't get in a ton of cardio and bother the heck out of Scott until then! Hopefully, we can do legs today, because my arms are still a tad bit sore!
