    (the night is still young and I'll be awake for another fifteen hours...)

    3,860 + 10 = 3,870
  • 60 minutes on the bike = 460/1300 to goal.

    That brings the group total to 3870 + 60 = 3930 minutes.
  • Since Im starting a lil late im going to go for 150
  • 40 mins Fat Burning Pilates
    Personal 100/500
    Group 3930 + 40 = 3970
  • Loooooong walk through warehouse store yesterday for 45mins. Usual morning walk this morning for 34mins. Total 75mins.


    Group total ~ 3970 + 75 = 4045
  • 5 hours of stripping my friend's house of it's wallpaper, then scrubbing, sanding, and painting! I'm going to count about 2 hours of it as sweaty crazy exercise. lol!

    4045 + 120 = 4165
  • 30 min elliptical...

    Group total ~ 4165 + 30 = 4195 min
  • Another 20 on the elliptical

    183/300 personal goal

    4195 + 20 = 4215 Group total
  • Personal Total: 155

    Group Total: 4215 + 30 = 4245
  • 30 mins pilates
    Personal 130/500
    Group 4245 + 30 = 4275
  • 30 minutes (2 miles) yesterday and 15 minutes today (1 mile)

    Personal 190/300

    GROUP 4275+45=4320!
  • Last night was another hour of jive, brining my total to 505.

    The group total is now 4,320 + 60 = 4,380
  • 30 min weight lifting

    Group total ~ 4380 + 30 = 4410 min
  • Running late this morning so just got in 30 minutes on the elliptical:

    Group Total: 4410 + 30 = 4440
  • I've done 300 minutes since I posted last Saturday.

    Ammi - Nice to see you back on the exercise thread.

    Nancy - Those dance workouts sound like they would be fun. Not sure I could handle them. I am impressed you are doing that!
