I just did D2W1 and boy it was a struggle. I just didn't want to get out of bed. I think posting my progress will help me keep with it.
Week 1 was the worst for me! I did it for 4 days and now in looking back, I wish I had stuck with just 3 days. Week 2 was much easier for me. I'm about to go onto to week 5, which is going to be very hard, but I think I can do it.

Jessica~if I were you, I'd do just one more day of week 1 and then go onto week 2. You're not out of shape, so there shouldn't be any reason to start all over at this point.
