I've been lazy lately. Eating all the Christmas goodies and not going to the gym. I consider myself darn lucky to not have gained. I want to say I'm going to start now and finish this 10lbs for the month, but I probably won't! Maybe I'll lose 15 in January.
I'm a little discouraged... I swear I was down to 156 a couple of weeks ago... Now the lowest I've seen the scale at is 162... 163 for the past few days
I've had a weirdly good week. I'm under 165, so that's 7 pounds lost this month. I've actually been eating a little more (mostly in the form of cookies, since I've been doing tons of baking) and, perversely, losing more than usual. I haven't updated my ticker because I'm so sure it's a fluke!
Hey! It looks like some good progress there! I agree with the pp who said if we are losing during the holidays, we can do anything! Woo!

We CAN! I figure that if we can face these big challenges, and over come them, it will teach us not to care so much about that delicious looking whatever come next summer. This time of year is so food-centric, that I personally think its the hardest part. I have no trouble avoiding mayo-y potato salad or whatever in the summer, but.. man, that hot chocolate looks good! And so do a lot of other things..
I know I have been super busy this week at work etc, so I actually haven't had time to eat much. In fact my boss bought me lunch yesterday. And it sat next to me untouched for 5 hours until I has to toss it. But I was really surprised to see I just whooshed off 2 more pounds! This will be motivation to behave through Xmas eve/Xmas Day and the dreaded Xmas cookies! Hope everyone is well out there!!
