My anniversary with my husband was LOVELY. LOTS of sashimi, very few rolls. I had a 100 calorie chocolate bar at the movies and even though I had budgeted for a whole small bar of popcorn I only ate HALF because I was stuffed from dinner! lol!!!!

I just finished a pb on 2 slices whole wheat bread and small banana for breakfast.

Lunch is tuna on LC and sour dough wasa bread with an applesauce.

I wish I could shake this cold! That would make my life easier!!!

Happy Anniversary cfmama!!

And thanks WarMaiden. I agree that sleep is crucial! I wish I could get up at 6 am and fit in a workout, but for me, it means committing to getting up between 5 and 5:30! I was doing it for a while though, so I'm hoping to get there again by the end of June.

Today was a good day... until dinner. And we went for Chinese and I intended on staying totally on plan (it's a GREAT buffet with lots of veggies.) I did eat a bowl of wonton soup that was NOT on my plan. However it only took me over by about 100 calories... so that was good. but I did eat something off plan... which is not good.

Tomorrow breakfast is a weight watchers bagel, 2 LCow wedges, small banana.

All told...not a bad day. It was my four year olds birthday today so he picked all the meals.

Breakfast: I had strawberries and ff/sf yogurt (he had fruit loops )
Lunch: We had a picnic so I brought myself a salad and had a few baked pretzels...then a little later I ate a protein bar
Dinner: sweet and sour ribs (his choice..so I had only a few) and a salad (I skipped the rice). Dessert was angel food cake with whipped cream and strawberries drizzled with chocolate (I had only the berries and a little bit of chocolate...like a teaspoon)
Snack was some raspberries and blackberries with ff/sf yogurt again.

I did have half of his Fibre One bar (he didn't want to finish it so I did ) and I had two small bites of my daughter's cake. All told, I did pretty well. After the little ones went to bed, my 12 year old and I went for a walk for almost and hour and a half so it was a pretty good day.

Phew! I made it past my usual self-indulgent Friday evening. So far, I'm 1 1/2 weeks on-plan and feeling just a bit stronger each day.

Have a great on-plan day!

Week One = OP Success.

Food
Totally OP. I did eat dinner at McD's last night but I made "good" choices.

Exercise
Rocked Week 1 of C25K!!!!!
Still waiting on the DVDs I ordered so no Jillian Michaels or budokon. I picked up an ab toning DVD from the library and used that, but it was pretty lame.

I feel fantastic. Amazing how much healthier I feel after just one week.

Tomorrow is weigh in day. :

Yesterday was a success in my book even though I did have a hot fudge sundae. I didn't eat after 6, I drank enough water, my DH didn't eat after 6.

Today is going to be good too I just know it! So far so good.

did pretty well yesterday. I ended up picking up some steak to grill for supper. I think I'm probably anemic again since I've been craving red meat a lot lately.

Today is a little iffy, my son is doing much better but still spiked a fever yesterday afternoon so we'll be sticking pretty close to home today. Which means that there is a lot more food around that I'll have to work harder to resist. But I got in lots of good activity cleaning out the garage to make room for a handmedown fridge I'll be getting in a couple of weeks.

Alright so yesterday was mostly on plan. I did great all day and then dinner became tacos. Instead of going on a week long binge like I normally would, I am right back on plan today. I did my p90x workout legs and back and am feeling pretty good. I'm not going to count yesterday since I wasn't completely 100% op so I'm back on day 5 today. I snuck a peek on the scale this morning and I am still at the same weight as 5 days ago 167. It is TOM though so I'm going to try to not let that bug me so much. That and I'm weight training too, so yeah. DH and I are going to the mall today and I'm thinking of things to pack with me so I'm not tempted by any restaurants. I'm so sick of being so controlled by food. RAR!

Was POP yesterday, which was my big calorie day. Got up this morning feeling lazy but did 55 mins strength training anyway. I've been working on cleaning my kitchen since having my yummy breakfast of 2 poached eggs, a big pile of stir-fried onion-broccoli-tomato-spinach, piece of toasted homemade whole wheat bread, and homemade mocha. I'm cranky though, because I wanted to have some fun with the kids today and other stuff has intervened Right now I'm feeling like everyone else in the family gets to go off and have summertime fun, while I work all week and then do housework on the weekend. It feels unfair.

Oh well.

I have been crazy busy, but I am still on plan. There was a close call with some cake yesterday. I was at the counter with my debit card out. Luckily the cashier was busy and I had time to change my mind while I waited.

slightly high on calories yesterday but higher than usual on calorie burn as well (per GWF), so I'm ok with it. Today will be back to normal - we'll be out and about for the rest of the day, so I should be fine with a decent amount of activity/burn and less immediate access to food.

Good job on plan yesterday, actually a bit low on calories since I ended up skipping lunch. Not deliberately, it just worked out that way. And back to the normal weekday routine today which is always easier.
