Judy thanks for your input and I guess your right on that one. I know when you are building muscle it weighs more than fat. So sometimes the scale will go up with that too. But in the long run that muscle will burn that fat away and increase my matabolism level. But yesterday was a vacation day for me. I went on a bus trip to Niagara Falls Casino. I had a good time. i didn't go crazy on food but did eat extras I normally wouldn't including a dounut. So today I will be working out and trying to make better food choices. After all the food we choose. Along with our exercise.
Judy working out at Curves will help. When I get off a bit I think just exercising helps me want to make better food choices. Hang in there! You had a set back with you shins that happens. At least we all recognize when we have a set back. That is a move in the right direction and part of the whole process. Before we would n't be all that upset or try to do anything to really make a change for the better.
Tired your trying and geting back into the swing of things is never very easy. One step at a time don't stress over it. You have enough on your plate. Take a long bike ride somewhere you enjoy. It will relax you and make you feel good. Just an idea.

. I have been eating badly this week and feeling vaguely angry about things. I will try to sort out my issues this weekend. I don't have anything special planned for Memorial Day, although I have a large amount of reading to do, a huge binder of proposals for one of my volunteer commitments.
