It's Monica, who is now 20 weeks pregnant and has put on a ton of weight

, I have really let myself go

. Sooooooo I figured, why not come here for support so the second part of my pregancy might be healthier with less weight gain.
I started my weightloss at 206 and got down to 164 before the suprise pregnancy and then everything went bad. Pop took the place of water and every bad craving had to be met. I guess I felt like all my hard work was going out the window,being pregnant I was going to get fat it was inescapable so why not enjoy it to the fullest. Well now I am tipping the scales at 194 and I am not a happy camper.
I probably won't be losing weight but I thought joining the game would help get me back on track with my water, healthy eating and walking on my treadmill. Hope you guys don't mind a pregnant woman on board
Bring on Jan 1st. I have all my fruits, veggies, rice, chicken etc, stocked up and ready for consumption (sp?).
