I totally do not feel like being on plan today, but here I am. Doing it. rah rah.
I hopped on the treadmill and then did my back/abs THEN took a brisk walk for a total of 53 minutes. I swear, if I wasn't watching series TV down there, I'd never do the treadmill (Season 2 of Alias!)
Group total ~ 3110 + 53 = 3163 minutes!
Went to a class at the Y with a friend and did 45 minutes of strength training and ab work. I swear it nearly killed me. I am so incredibly out of shape. And really, it wasn't so much the workout killing me but my back having to stand there holding up all this weight. I can't wait til I have about 50 of it gone. I think that will make a huge difference in what I am capable of.
