  • 45 minutes Pilates today....

  • Got in 72 minutes of wogging today... yep, I actually combined jobbing with my aerobic walking enough to honestly count it as wogging! Yay

    Total today = 72
    Personal July total = 1518

    Group total = 2370 + 72 = 2442
  • Tuesday: 2 hours swimming, and 1 hour walking.
    Wednesday: 2 hours swimming, and 1 hour walking.

    Brings me to 680/900 for the month...guess that goal isn't too far-fetched this month! lol.

    I totally do not feel like being on plan today, but here I am. Doing it. rah rah.

    I hopped on the treadmill and then did my back/abs THEN took a brisk walk for a total of 53 minutes. I swear, if I wasn't watching series TV down there, I'd never do the treadmill (Season 2 of Alias!)

    Group total ~ 3110 + 53 = 3163 minutes

    170 + 65 = 235 mins

    Group total 3221 + 65 = 3286 mins
  • Took it easy today, and just did 30 mins weights.

    3,286+30=3,316

    Brings me to 710/900
  • Went to a class at the Y with a friend and did 45 minutes of strength training and ab work. I swear it nearly killed me. I am so incredibly out of shape. And really, it wasn't so much the workout killing me but my back having to stand there holding up all this weight. I can't wait til I have about 50 of it gone. I think that will make a huge difference in what I am capable of.

    Total today 150 minutes
    Total for July = 482 + 150 = 632
    Goal 2000 - 632 = 1368 still to go

    Group total = 3386 + 150 = 3536
