Woohoo I excelled myself today, I did 30 minutes walking, 30 minutes of my exercise DVD, and 30 minutes cleaning the house. Funnily enough the latter made me sweat more than the other two.
I did 5 minutes on the ellipitcal and 30 minutes + 5 minutes cool down on the treadmill, making my daily total 40 minutes. That brings my total to 697.
Wow -- I am totally awed and impressed with everyone!
I have nothing to add myeslf -- I am coming down with a cold and afraid I'll be too sick to work out tomorrow and get in those last 35 minutes!! I'll just have to see how it goes. I would love to see us get to 150 hours (9000 minutes!).
After so much time missing. I have not been feeling at all well but I am finally having some energy after spending most of the month sleeping and coughing. I have 30 minutes to add today plus 30 minutes on Friday. I know I won't reach my January goal but I know for sure that I will reach my February goal.
Group total is 8807 + 60 minutes for me = New Group total of 8867. You gals are doing so wonderfully. You are an inspiration. Keep it up.

I have decided that I am going to exercise 5 days a week as my February goal, although I did exercise today when I wasn't going to. I am also aiming on walking whenever I can, but that will just be bonus exercise.
I may not make my goal. I feel cruddy and have a cough and know that getting hot and sweaty isn't what I need now (that's happening whether I workout or not!). BUT - -I am going to work out on my ball, and maybe get on the treadmill and just walk for whatever's left -- I am so close -- 35 minutes away!!!!
Well, I got in a half hour walk, up hill & down, cross cornfields and thru briars, mostly on mushy ground that was work to walk on, as Bill & I walked some of the property we're looking at buying. Anyway, it was huff n puffy enuf to give me another 30 mins....
I went to the gym tonight and spent 30 minutes on the treadmill. I am at a speed of 2/mi per hour, so I made it a mile and even added a bit of incline.
That makes my ending total for January 727!!! I totally blew my original goal of 350 minutes out of the water!!!
I've been AWOL for a week -- business travel, a cold, family drama, etc..
But, I did get 250 minutes of exercise in these past three days, so I was able to meet my January goal. And, I'm able to sneak into this thread before it gets closed .
New group total: 9168 + 250 = 9418
