Happy Monday everyone,
Amanda, I'm sorry you had a bad weekend, I can relate. I find it so hard to stay op when the family is home, our meals are at odd times and company arrives. I'm like you if I slip a little I'll end up slipping a lot. But I've told myself it's not a failure if I overindulge, you simply get back on track the next morning. We're worth it.
Joined Curves this morning, they weighed me. According to their scale there's no change this week. They recommend 3 workouts per week and have told me not to weigh myself for the next 4 weeks!!!

How am I going to manage that feat. I guess I'll try my best but my new scale from Sears will be in tomorrow.
