  • Thanks, Tuscany! It was a decent goal, however with an upcoming vacation, I'm trying to be on plan 100% as I know it will be a challenge while we are away. I'll do my best to buckle down once we are back. I'll be pleased with a 10 pound loss overall for the month, anything else will be a more than welcome added bonus!

    At this rate I need to lose .5 pounds a day to make my goal.
    I think that might be a far stretch, but I'll work at it. I will be happy with 259 which will be my FIRST MAJOR goal of -35 pounds. Presently I have lost 10% of my weight ... so, no complaints here. Just a lot slower than when I was doing Ideal Protein.

    I'm back of vacation and back on track with my eating & exercise.
    My plan for today is to get in a walk and stay w/in my WW Points rage
