I had a bacon, sausage, mushroom and cheese omelet for lunch and a huge (16 oz) serving of roast turkey breast for dinner along with Habanero cheddar cheese for a snack.
Total: 1,310 Calories, 7g Carbs, 82g Fat, 132g Protein.
Lost another 2 pounds down to 237 which brings me to a total of 70 pounds lost since I started Atkins on April 19th this year.
